Our Mindset Unlimited Family Wellbeing Festival is now taking place at Buckler’s Park Community Hub, Crowthorne on Saturday 12th September.

Following our recent Muddy Stilettos Award win for Best Wellbeing Specialist in Berkshire, we're excited to invite you to something a little different...

Introducing the Mindset Unlimited Family Wellbeing Festival — a relaxed, welcoming day of connection, learning and wellbeing for the whole family.

Whether you're looking to unwind with a sound bath, try family yoga, discover practical wellbeing tools, listen to inspiring talks on topics including menopause, neurodiversity and stress, browse local wellbeing businesses, or simply spend time with family and friends, there's something for everyone.

Throughout the day you'll be able to enjoy:

🌿 Holistic workshops including yoga, meditation, breathwork and sound baths.

🎤 Inspiring talks & panels covering menopause, stress, anxiety, trauma, neurodiversity and family wellbeing.

🛍️ Local wellbeing stalls featuring holistic therapies, arts, crafts and more.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Activities for all ages in a welcoming, accessible and family-friendly community space.

Entry is now FREE! You'll have free access to all of our talks and panels, with workshops and classes available for a small additional fee. It's a great opportunity to explore something new, invest in your wellbeing and discover some fantastic local businesses — without the cost of an entry ticket.
