Six Senses Mini Retreat

Experience 2 hours of deep relaxation with our meditative, yoga and sound bath retreat. Explore beautiful yoga flows and guided mindful meditations, while immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls. Rhythmic drumbeats will help promote relaxation and balance.  Massage with enveloping essential oils will engage all the senses, offering you an inner peace that lasts long after our time together. Set in the beautiful and nurturing environment of the historical Main Room of Wokingham Town Hall.

- Your session begins with centring and peaceful breath work, accompanied by essential oils as we ease into a feel-good yoga flow. A real sense of satisfaction is offered as we repeat the nurturing flows, giving a sense of connection with yourself, and the space. 

- The reward continues as we envelop ourselves in sound to calm the mind while the body is relaxed with gentle moments of blissful massage.

- To truly cover all the senses, we close with some cleansing ginger tea.

    This is your event ticket. Ticket holders must present their tickets on entry. You can either print your ticket or present this digital version. You can find all the details about this event on our website. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to 19:30 to allow yourself time to get as comfortable as possible. What to bring: - Yoga Mat - Blanket - Pillow - Bolster Cushion or Rolled Up Towel - Placed under the knees can be beneficial for taking pressure off of the lower back.
