About
For many of you, I'm the person behind the microphone. You've seen me hosting conversations, teaching yoga, leading meditations, interviewing incredible guests, or encouraging people to reconnect with themselves at Mindset Unlimited.
This exhibition is a chance for me to share another part of who I am.
Many years ago, I lost every painting I'd ever created in a house fire. I made it out safely, but I can still remember standing outside, watching my home burn, hearing the canvases I'd poured so much of myself into crack and shatter inside. Losing them felt like losing a part of myself, and for a long time, I simply stopped painting.
When I bought my own home in 2025, I made myself a promise: to paint whenever I could. Wherever I could. Not to wait for inspiration or the perfect moment, but simply to create.
One painting became two. Two became ten.…
