Please arrive 10 minutes prior to 19:30 to allow yourself time to get as comfortable as possible. What to bring: - Yoga Mat - Blanket - Pillow - Bolster Cushion or Rolled Up Towel - Placed under the knees can be beneficial for taking pressure off of the lower back.
