Event Cancellation Policy
Organiser Cancellation:
If the festival is cancelled by the organiser with more than 14 days’ notice, stallholders will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
If the event is cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled date due to adverse weather, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the organiser’s control, no refunds will be issued.

Stallholder Cancellation:
If a stallholder cancels at least 30 days prior to the event, the booking fee will be refunded in full.
If a stallholder cancels less than 30 days before the event, no refunds will be given.
