About Matt
I’m Matt, a MELT Method Instructor in Wokingham, Berkshire.
I first discovered MELT while organising the Mindset Unlimited Wellbeing Festival. Even after just one session with Lisa Hill from Balanced Fitness, I was amazed that I could feel its positive impact.
Through the festival, I’ve been fortunate to experience many of the incredible modalities we've offered over the years, but MELT stood out to me. The combination of simple techniques, breathwork, and mindfulness genuinely changed how my body and mind felt day-to-day.
Now, I help people bring MELT into their own lives, starting with gentle Hand & Foot treatments that can have a full-body impact.
Whether you’re an athlete, a desk-worker or just someone tired of feeling stiff and achy, MELT might be the piece you’ve been missing.
