  • AMANDA CHARLES

BACK AMANDA CHARLES 13:30 The Psychic Psychologist®; A Bridge Between Two Worlds What if you are capable of far more than you've been taught to believe? We’re excited to welcome Amanda Charles, The Psychic Psychologist®, to the Mindset Unlimited Family Wellbeing Festival at Buckler’s Park Community Hub on Saturday 12th September. In this fascinating conversation, Amanda explores the space where science, psychology and spirituality meet, inviting us to look at ourselves as multi-dimensional beings and explore the untapped potential within us. 🧠💫 Together, we'll explore: ✨ How connecting body, heart, mind and soul can support healing and transformation ✨ Understanding our intuition and what our thoughts, emotions and life circumstances might be reflecting back to us ✨ Breaking free from limiting beliefs and patterns that may no longer serve us ✨ How our past can shape the future we create — and whether we can change that story ✨ The fascinating intersection of science, epigenetics, quantum theory and spirituality Amanda's message is ultimately one of possibility and self-empowerment — challenging us to question what we've been conditioned to believe about ourselves and what might become possible when we reconnect with our own inner wisdom. If you're curious about healing, consciousness, spirituality, personal transformation and the possibility of creating a different future, this is a conversation you'll want to hear. Amanda is an International Speaker, delivering her teachings for Younity Inc. at their Flow Summit alongside the likes of Dr Joe Dispenza, Eckhart Tolle, Deepak Chopra and the Dalai Lama. She has been featured on the main stage at the famous Mind Body Spirit Festival at London Olympia and the NEC Birmingham and is also a speaker and seminar teacher for Basler Psi-Verein in Switzerland. Amanda is also providing training courses for PESI Life and PESI UK; the largest provider of continuing professional development and training in the UK and Europe for psychologists, psychotherapists and other mental health professionals. Her work has been featured in publications such as The Guardian, The Daily Mail, Metro, Newsweek, The Psychic News, Red Magazine, Glamour Magazine, Health and Wellbeing Magazine, Kindred Spirit Magazine, Fate and Fortune Magazine, Happiful Magazine, The Mirror and she is a regular guest speaker on BBC Radio. http://www.robhosking.co https://www.instagram.com/robhoskingofficial/

  • NIKI MCGLYNN, AMY MONEY, DALIA ISMAIL

BACK NIKI MCGLYNN, AMY MONEY, DALIA ISMAIL 14:30 Neurodiversity: Understanding Differently 🧠 NEURODIVERSITY: UNDERSTANDING DIFFERENTLY 🧠 We’re delighted to welcome Amy Money, Niki McGlynn and Dalia Ismail to the Unfiltered Stage at the Mindset Unlimited Family Wellbeing Festival, where they’ll be joining Alex for an honest, thought-provoking conversation about neurodiversity. What does it really mean to be neurodivergent? And how can we move beyond labels to better understand regulation, overwhelm, anxiety, focus, masking, relationships, belonging and the experience of navigating a world that isn't always designed for different brains? 💫 Amy Money is a neurodivergent counsellor and psychotherapist, founder of Tribe Counselling & Psychotherapy and a BACP member. Having discovered her own ADHD later in life, Amy brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work with children, teenagers and adults. She specialises in neurodivergence, SEN and family trauma, creating spaces where people can feel understood, unmask and simply be themselves. 🌿 Niki McGlynn specialises in supporting neurodivergent people through coaching and primitive reflex integration. Neurodivergent herself and a parent to two neurodivergent children, Niki understands the challenges from the inside. Her work explores how movement and neuroplasticity can support focus, concentration, emotional regulation and anxiety, while she also works with schools, therapists and businesses to improve understanding of neurodiversity. 💛 Dalia Ismail brings another fascinating perspective. A clinical trials professional, patient advocate and speaker with 16 years’ experience in global clinical research, Dalia also has ADHD. Her work sits at the intersection of science, lived experience and human connection, and she is passionate about creating greater understanding, inclusion and space for people to be heard and understood. Together, Amy, Niki, Dalia and Alex will explore the many different faces of neurodiversity — from late diagnosis and lived experience to masking, regulation, overwhelm and practical ways we can better support ourselves and each other. We'll also look beyond the label: what happens when we stop asking neurodivergent people to fit into the world around them, and start asking how we can make that world work better for different brains? Most importantly, this is a conversation for everyone — whether you're neurodivergent yourself, think you might be, have discovered your ADHD later in life, are supporting a child or loved one, or simply want to understand more. http://www.thefengshuiflow.com https://www.instagram.com/thefengshuiflow/

  • CAT DAVIES

BACK CAT DAVIES 10:30 MY THREE-YEAR-OLD HAD A STROKE Cat Davies shares the story that every parent should hear. 💛 A STORY EVERY PARENT SHOULD HEAR 💛 At 10.30am on the Unfiltered Stage, Alex will be joined by Cat Davies, a Crowthorne mum whose three-and-a-half-year-old son Henry experienced Transient Ischemic Attacks (TIAs), also known as mini strokes. When Henry suddenly collapsed in his bedroom, Cat and her husband Ian were faced with a terrifying situation that no parent expects to encounter. And because childhood strokes are incredibly rare, they initially didn't recognise what was happening. That experience inspired Cat to write a children's book about stroke, helping parents and children find a way to understand and talk about something that can be incredibly frightening. 💛 In this conversation, Cat will share: • What happened to Henry and the warning signs they experienced • What it's like navigating the shock and uncertainty of a childhood stroke • Why recognising the signs matters, even when something seems incredibly unlikely • How she turned her family's experience into a children's book to help other families • The importance of awareness, support and knowing where to turn And there is an incredible added purpose to Cat's book: all profits from sales are being donated to Southampton Hospital Paediatrics, where Henry was treated, and the Stroke Association's childhood stroke support team. This is one of those conversations that may be difficult to hear — but could potentially help a parent recognise something they might otherwise never expect. https://healthmary.co.uk/ https://www.instagram.com/healthmaryapp?igsh=MWM4NjN0cG0yMWkydg%3D%3D&utm_source=qr https://www.facebook.com/share/1BoaNhh1jW/?mibextid=wwXIfr
