At 10.30am on the Unfiltered Stage, Alex will be joined by Cat Davies, a Crowthorne mum whose three-and-a-half-year-old son Henry experienced Transient Ischemic Attacks (TIAs), also known as mini strokes.

When Henry suddenly collapsed in his bedroom, Cat and her husband Ian were faced with a terrifying situation that no parent expects to encounter. And because childhood strokes are incredibly rare, they initially didn't recognise what was happening.

That experience inspired Cat to write a children's book about stroke, helping parents and children find a way to understand and talk about something that can be incredibly frightening.
