BACK Untamed Kids Tent BOOK TICKETS LIFE 101 10:45 / 12:30 / 14:30 / 15:30 We run life skills workshops for children, covering topics such as self-esteem, leadership, resilience and wellbeing. Our workshops help to build children’s confidence, improve their ability to overcome adversity, help them to understand and regulate their emotions, and inspire them to want to go out into the world and create positive change. My Brilliant Brain In this 30-minute session, children will learn about neuroplasticity — the incredible way their brains can grow, adapt, and form new habits. They'll discover that with the right mindset, they can build strong, positive pathways in their brain that help them learn, stay resilient, and become their best selves. The session includes a little chat about our brains followed by a super fun challenge. Kindness Detectives In this fun and interactive 30-minute session, children will explore the science of kindness and discover all the amazing ways it helps our brains, bodies, and hearts feel good.
