Kundalini Yoga is a powerful and dynamic practice that combines breath-work, movement, meditation, and mantra chanting to awaken your inner energy and elevate your consciousness. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, this class is open to all levels of experience.

If you’ve never tried Kundalini yoga before, it’s a practice that draws your attention inward. We work with the breath and movement, guided by feeling rather than aiming for specific postures. It’s incredibly soothing for the nervous system, activating the vagus nerve and naturally boosting mood-enhancing chemicals like dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, and endorphin —helping you feel more balanced, uplifted, and at ease.
