Face Yoga

A natural way of looking and feeling younger and healthier with the added sense of relaxation. It also focuses on wellbeing techniques for the mind, body and soul.

Think of it like this - we exercise our body so why don't we exercise the muscles in our face?

As a Face Yoga teacher I am passionate about giving people the tools to look and feel great and the brilliant thing is, that the tools are your hands!

The method I teach combines face exercise to help tone and firm, face massage to increase circulation and lymph flow, acupressure to reduce tension, relaxation of the face and wellbeing - because what happens on the inside, radiates on the outside.” Kerry x
