Hi, I’m Alexandra – and I’m really glad you’re here.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to people — to hearing their stories, holding space for the parts that are often left unspoken, and offering compassion when it’s needed most.
My own path into psychotherapy came after navigating some of life’s messier chapters — the kind that leave you questioning everything, including yourself. I turned to therapy as a way to understand, process, and reconnect. What I discovered was transformative — not just in healing wounds, but in truly getting to know myself on a deeper level.
That experience inspired me to train professionally. In addition to my qualifications as an 300RYT Yoga Teacher; Qualified Mindfulness coach; meditation teacher; life coach and DTLLS Teacher, I qualified as a BACP-registered Integrative Psychotherapist, spending four years studying and building a practice that brings together different therapeutic approaches, rooted in empathy, authenticity, and deep respect for each person’s unique experience. I spent 3 years working with No22 Adult & Youth Counselling before setting up private practice.
I understand that life isn’t always linear. It can feel heavy, confusing, or directionless at times — even during the moments we’re “meant” to feel happy. Whether you're feeling anxious, lost, low in self-worth, or simply unsure of your next step, I’m here to support you in working through it gently, at your pace.
My approach
As a qualified integrative psychotherapist, my approach blends traditional talking therapies with somatic awareness and practical tools — because I believe true healing happens not just in the mind, but in the body too.
I work collaboratively, tailoring each session to suit your unique needs. Some days that might look like deep, reflective conversation. Other days it might involve gentle breathwork, grounding practices, or techniques drawn from 20 years of experience in yoga, mindfulness and body-based awareness.
I believe that you already hold the answers — and my role is to help you reconnect to that inner wisdom, while offering guidance, safety, and strategies along the way.
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, relationship shifts, or a sense of feeling stuck, our work together will be responsive, intuitive, and deeply human.
Above all, I aim to meet you exactly where you are — and help you move forward in a way that feels safe, supported, and truly your own.
I believe we all have the capacity for growth, healing, and self-discovery. Sometimes, we just need the right conditions to find our way back to ourselves
