Our Lady of Greens is an award-winning start-up based in Wimbledon. They aim to help eco-warriors reduce their food-related carbon footprint by eating fresh and sustainably produced products. That includes the production of their own no-added sugar Gutsy Zen Kombucha, made using excess and wonky fresh fruit.
