Chakra Balance Mini Retreat

38.50 British pounds
The MU Hub, Nuffield Health, Wokingham

Service Description

When : 12th July, 4 – 6 pm Where : Nuffield Health Wokingham – 1 The Plaza, RG40 2LD Step away from the pace of everyday life… and return to our natural rhythm. This two-hour mini-retreat is a fully guided experience where we come together to slow down, reset, and reconnect, creating space for what is needed, both individually and collectively. Through breath, guided meditation, and sound, we begin to return to the body’s natural rhythm; a place where things can feel more easeful, more balanced, and more in tune. We begin with a 45-minute deep, guided chakra balancing meditation, gently moving awareness through the body, connecting with each energy centre, and setting a personal intention for the time we share. From there, we move into a sound journey, using crystal bowls, gong, chimes, and other instruments. This is a space where we simply receive, allowing the sound and vibration to move through us, supporting relaxation, release, and a natural rebalancing. Throughout the session, we move through moments of: • Deep relaxation • Release — letting go of anything that no longer serves • Nourishment — reinforcing what we want to invite in • Rebalancing — as we work through the chakras The intention for our time together is simple; to create space to focus inward, reconnect with what matters, and gently return to a place of balance, calm, and natural rhythm, so we can take the best of ourselves forward into our lives and for those around us. Nothing about this afternoon is rushed. As the session comes to a close, we take time to gently return, allowing space for the experience to settle and integrate. This is where we may begin to notice that sense of natural rhythm returning; in the breath, in the body, and in the mind. There will be space to sit quietly and reflect, to draw an oracle card if it feels right, to enjoy a cup of ginger and honey tea. Please do bring a journal for any thoughts or reflections if you wish. We allow this time to unfold naturally, without expectation. No experience is needed; simply come as you are. What to Bring • Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on • Blanket and pillow • Comfortable clothing • Journal (optional) You do NOT require a Nuffield Health Membership to book this session.
