Service Description

The days between Christmas and New Year have their own unique feeling. They’re often full and joyful, but they can also be busy, emotional, reflective, and a little overwhelming. It’s a time when so much is happening around us, yet there’s very little space to simply breathe. and pause…. is designed to give you that space — a moment to step out of the noise, return to yourself, and settle into a sense of calm before the new year begins. This extended sound bath begins softly, with a guided meditation and some gentle journaling. You’ll be invited to check in with yourself before we move into an immersive and deeply calming sound bath, helping the body soften and the mind unwind. When the noise of the world quietens, clarity often surfaces naturally — allowing us to recognise what truly matters when the mind has the freedom to find it without influence. As we come back into the space, we’ll return to our journals for a moment of reflection — acknowledging what feels important to you, what you genuinely need, and what you truly want as you move into the new year. The intention is for you to leave with a calmer mind, rested, and a clearer understanding of what feels meaningful for you. Your journal — a beautiful notebook for you to take home — becomes something you can return to in the weeks and months ahead, a gentle reminder of what matters to you. Whether you arrive feeling joyful, reflective, anxious, overwhelmed or simply tired, you’ll be welcomed exactly as you are.
