This class will support the health of your feet, hips and pelvis, key areas of your body that contribute to your overall movement and stability. We'll work with a series of poses to strengthen, stretch and increase mobility, to leave you feeling grounded and
rejuvenated:
- Improved foot strength and flexibility
- Enhanced hip mobility and stability
- Better alignment and posture
- Reduced tension and discomfort in feet and hips
- Overall sense of relaxation and well-being
Jill Elliot Yoga, where each class is a transformative experience designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to my teaching, creating a unique blend of traditional and innovative practices that cater to yogis of all levels. My journey into yoga began over twenty years ago and since then I’ve continuously expanded my knowledge and expertise. I hold certifications in Hatha
Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga and Restorative Yoga, and I’ve worked extensively with Clinical Somatics. My comprehensive background ensures that each session is rooted in a deep understanding of anatomy, movement and mindfulness.
Each of my classes is a sanctuary where students can explore their yoga practice in a supportive and nurturing environment. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, my holistic approach will guide you towards greater health, harmony, and inner peace.
