Each crafted to facilitate deep relaxation, gently lowering the heart rate and brainwaves into the nervous systems natural healing Theta state. The Theta state allows you to address what you want for yourself with clarity and focus. Taking time to rest and quieten the mind gives you the mental clarity to respond rather than react*. By immersing yourself in these moments of stillness and introspection regularly, you can cultivate mental clarity and reduce internal distractions.
