Health Considerations: Participation in yoga and wellbeing activities involves physical movement and may not be suitable for everyone. If you have any pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns, it's important to consult with a medical professional before engaging in any activities. Ensure you are fully aware of the risks and hazards involved.

Instructor Guidance: Our certified instructors are here to guide you through the sessions and provide a safe environment. Follow their instructions carefully and inform them of any limitations you may have before the session begins.

Physical Limits: Listen to your body throughout the sessions. Respect your physical limits and avoid pushing yourself beyond what feels comfortable. Discontinue any activity that causes pain or discomfort.

Pregnant: If you are pregnant please understand that you participate fully at your own risk and that of your unborn child/children.

Personal Belongings: Please secure your personal belongings before participating in any activities. The organisers are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Hydration: Stay hydrated by bringing a water bottle and taking breaks when needed.

Medical Emergencies: In case of a medical emergency, please notify the nearest festival staff member. First aid assistance is available onsite.

Photography and Media: Photography and recording of sessions may occur for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform the event staff.

Participation Consent: Your participation in the activities implies that you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with physical movement and yoga practices.
