Six Senses Mini Retreat

Service Description

Enjoy 2 hours to yourself as we take you on a relaxing, exploring, calming, recharging and reviving six senses journey. Find your centre with gentle yin yoga soundtracked by crystal bowls, followed by the deep cleansing sounds of the gong, ethereal vocals, and meaningful mantras. The experience is heightened through breathwork, thoughtfully prepared scents and massage to deepen your relaxation. Ticket holders must present their tickets on entry. You can either print your ticket or present this digital version. You can find all the details about this event on our website. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to 19:00 to allow yourself time to get as comfortable as possible. What to bring: - Yoga Mat - Blanket - Pillow - Bolster Cushion or Rolled Up Towel - Placed under the knees can be beneficial for taking pressure off of the lower back.
