A client once described the sessions as a massage for the mind and body, and I’ve never been able to better that description. The 1-2-1 sessions place greater emphasis on massage with sound, there is the option to have the instruments working on the body, where you’ll enjoy the vibration in a way that is deeply soothing. The sessions focus on your specific wants and needs and are centred around an individual energy assessment. The energy assessment identifies imbalances or blockages in the energies that naturally run through our bodies and seeks to align them to bring you into balance, allowing you to achieve whatever you set your mind to. By focusing on where the imbalanced areas of depleted and excess energy are, we work with sound, mediation and touch to bring them back into balance so you can make progress with what is important to you.
