Online Beginner and Intermediate Handstand Group Classes.

This online class will teach you the foundations and a better understanding on how to achieve a straight handstand in a safe and fun environment.

I will cover Specific Flexibility / Mobility exercises and build Strength & Alignment drills to improve awareness.

Teaching beginners and intermediate students to develop their handstand journey in fun but constructive way.

We will be working on flexibility and mobility exercises, build upper body strength especially in the shoulders and to improve body awareness for your handstand.
