DRUMMING CIRCLE

The sessions start with a mini drum circle where we play with rhythms and create an improvised group sound. You don't need any experience, you don't have to have any musical skill at all - just give it a go and see what happens. There is absolutely no pressure or judgement, just a welcoming and supportive space where you can be yourself.

After a bit of drumming, we break for refreshments, introduce ourselves and say a few words about how we are, what kind of week we've had or whatever we want to share (if anything, there's no obligation to say anything at all).

Drums and percussion are provided.
